Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Opened skincare or makeup items cannot be returned due to hygiene standards.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale items marked “Final Sale”
- Used or opened cosmetics/skincare
Return Process
- Email us at support@wisheek.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our approval and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Wrong Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Send clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank first, then email us at support@wisheek.com if the issue persists.
