Returns & Refunds Policy – Wisheek

Effective: January 1, 2025

We want you to love your Wisheek experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we handle returns.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Opened skincare or makeup items cannot be returned due to hygiene standards.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items marked “Final Sale”
  • Used or opened cosmetics/skincare

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@wisheek.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our approval and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided.
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank first, then email us at support@wisheek.com if the issue persists.
