All orders are shipped from our U.S. based warehouses to ensure fast and reliable delivery across the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order is confirmed. Please contact our customer support immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used cosmetics or personal care items. For return instructions, please refer to our Return Policy page.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
